As many other consulting firms within the iGaming industry, The Gambling Cockpit is often contacted by software providers and payments platforms services, to be recommended to our clients.
The Gambling Cockpit always refuses such propositions, as its litterally stand on the opposite of our core beliefs, regarding what advisory and consulting firms are.
What are they offering to consulting firms ?
In exchange of being recommended and implemented in our client’s stack of digital services, some of those providers are offering revenue share on each new client; up to a lifetime duration.
When such deals are presented to consultants, how can you imagine them working in your interests ?
Why being independent, then ?
We work for our client’s interest: When starting an engagement with our clients, we want to make sure we tackle the right problems, in order to make our recommendations personnalized and impactful. We don’t start with a pre-set solution.
We build Trust on truth: First, we audit the issue and how it should be addressed. Then we propose our action plan. We argue if necessary. Sometimes, we even say things our client’s wouldn’t expect, because they sometimes, need to hear things.
We believe in our business model: We don’t need revenue share, set-up fees or commissions from software providers to make the company’s working and profitable. We are confident in the quality of our advisory and in our ability to make our client reach new growth pillars, M&A deals or in our competencies to re-organize businesses, leading to better operations management.
Confidentiality and Integrity: We maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity, ensuring that your sensitive information is protected throughout the process.
